* Discoveries / Learnings that I have learned
                - Again, another grading period ( second grading period ). I have learned many things like using the different tags using  the program notepad. I'm happy that our teacher have shared her knowledge and also to my classmates.

* What are the Problems / Challenges tha I have encountered?
                - One problem is that I have encounterd is that when we were only few who are attending in the class because many of my classmates join many activities in school and to that I'm not enjoying to have our class, I feel so bored.

* How did I addressed those Challenges?
                - I addressed those challenges by having a decision to enjoy my class lesson even we are only few in the class.

Moving on......
                - Still, I'm not redy for the next grading peiod. I am lazy in studying my lessons but I will do my best in order to pass all my requirements so that I  will have a higher grade.

Science Month

" The Contribution Of Knowledge "

In our country, we were facing many problems like global challenges, natural disasters.

In this Science month celebration by its year's theme " Natuready: Unravel the Causes. Build the Solution. Empower Science Clubber to Action. " This year's theme aims to make the youth become aware of the truth behind the natural disasters and to empower Science clubbers by informing them of the common natural disasters how they are formed and what can be done to mitigate this disasters.

As I become a student, many discoveries I learned. Knowledge can generate new ideas to make a new inventory, technologies. People have enough knowledge so our problems can be easily to solve.
Prepare for better world for the benefit of the next generation.

Teachers month

My Teacher, My Hero

What can we think of when teachers are mentioned? Their understanding, hardships advices and care for us students and of course, lectures, new lessons, quizes and assignments.

Those memories when they came about to tell the stories and jokes with us students. Their "sermons" during classes.

When we are talking about our own teachers anyone would be glad to thank to them especially those who are successful and those who learned a great lesson from them.

If there were no teachers, there were no scientists, no doctors, no engineers and no professionals.

I salute every teachers who are sacrificing and sharing their knowledge to us students.

Modern hero

                                                    MODERN HERO

How do you define hero? In my own opinion, a hero is someone who puts their own safetyor well being in jeopardy to help someone else either individually or to help the community or nation.

I have my own greatest heroes in life and that is my parents. They may not be perfect but for me, they are the best. They can sacrifice anything our own safety. They are loving, caring and patient.

All I can is that I am proud and very happy that God gave me this kind of parents. They are very supportive to us even we are not responsible in doing our household chores.

For me, they are my heroes. I love them so much and I will promise that no matter what happen, I will always love them.

Reflection of ICT

The learnings that I have learned in our subject ICT is that I found out that an Internet is like a human being because Internet get sick when viruses had attck Internet. I found out also when and how the Internet was made.

The problems that I have encountered is that when our wokstation is not cooperating with us because it has no access in Internet. In that problem that I have encountered, its hard for me for me to make our activties well.

In order to solve my problem, I'll try to request to my teacher to transfer me in other workstationso that when we had an activity, I will finish it on the right time.

State of the Nation Address of Benigno S. Aquino III

"Our administration is facinga forked road.'' On one direction, decisions are made to protect the welfare of people; to look after the interest of the majority; to have a firm grip on principles; and to be faithful to the public servants sworn oath to serve the country honestly. This is the straight path.

This is a dizzying menu of advocacies and matters crying out for attention, and these are only those left out by P-Noy in his SONA. If he had even tried to squeeze these and other topicsin his address, we would probably still be listening to him as the legislators and the other guests wilt in their Filipiniana finery.

So what is an elected leader, who rode on the crest wave on anger, dissapointment, hope and dreams, to do? How can he try to satisfy every single sector and interest group now clamoring for attention? And how can he address legitimate concernsand urgent prolems without straning our patience or boring us to tears?

Instead of cramming every concernnad advocacy into a single landmark speech, P-Noy could go on a speechifying binge (I'm sure he doesn't lack for invitations or oppurtunities) outlining his personal and official stance on issues and priorities of governance.

"Gutom at Malnutrisyon, Sama - Sama nating Wakasan"

Every year in the month of Julyis the celebration of the Nutrition Month Celebration, and this year, the said theme was "Gutom at Malnutrisyon, Sama -Sama nating Wakasan."

The Department of Education (DepEd) participate in this celebration by taking activities to highlight the importance of good health and nutrition. Also the Department of Health (DOH) and other foundations are also participating in this celebration, the projects  like feeding programs. A man having a strong and healthy body have  a full energy to do this task everyday. All we have to do now is to fight and to end the hunger that our country is facing now.

To prevent hunger and malnutrition, only thing that we do to prevent this is to eat nutritious foods, drink at least eight glasses of water and exercise daily.

Dear Mr. President,
First and last of all, I want to extend my warmest greetings  for the successful projects you have been accomplished and having a good service for us, your fellow Filipinos. Hope you are in a good condition.

For almost four years that I'm a student of Ilocos Sur National High School, I have seen many problems , like lack of books, lack of comfort rooms and chairs. If we don’t have enough materials to use in our school, we are not comfortable in studying. I am asking for your help.

I am hoping for your support and response to my letter. Thank you very much.

                                                                                         Respectfully yours,

                                                                      Lindon O. Rabanal
