Dear Mr. President,
First and last of all, I want to extend my
warmest greetings for the successful projects you have been accomplished
and having a good service for us, your fellow Filipinos. Hope you are in a good
condition.
For almost four years that I'm a student of Ilocos Sur National High
School, I have seen many problems , like lack of books, lack of comfort
rooms and chairs. If we don’t have enough materials to use in our school, we
are not comfortable in studying. I am asking for your help.
